Hadrians Wall, Northumberland.
We are hoping to have a holiday near to Hadrians Wall later this year and as a reminder here are a few shots taken there about thirty years ago. This is typical weather for this bleak area.

A quiet country churchyard in mid Wales.
The churchyard in the village of Meifod in mid Wales is a very peaceful place... or at least it was in 1993 when we last visited.

The gardeners were busy in the park this morning and while the sun was shining it was very cold.

Bristol was our home from 1974 until 1978 and we returned in 1993... these pictures are from that later visit. These pictures give no indication of how high this bridge is. Below is a picture taken from the bridge towards the docks.
