It all began....

 The title of this blog goes back to the beginning of my photography so as I have been delving into my archives I thought I would treat you to some pictures taken at a motor bike scramble on Cannock Chase in the late 1960s... remember, all these guys are 50+ years older now!!!

Killhope Mining Museum

 On a recent trip to Northumberland we stopped off at the Killhope Mining Museum in Weardale. Our last visit was about 30 years ago and we were interested to see what changes had been made. Unfortunately the wheel was shrouded in scaffolding so no pictures were possible but I have included a couple from our last trip. They had all facilities in those days.
