Garden visitors.
While we get lots of cats (which are not welcome) and at least one fox in our garden yesterday's visitors were a little smaller. They discovered the grain which had fallen from the bird feeders and had a banquet.
Killhope Mining Museum
On a recent trip to Northumberland we stopped off at the Killhope Mining Museum in Weardale. Our last visit was about 30 years ago and we were interested to see what changes had been made. Unfortunately the wheel was shrouded in scaffolding so no pictures were possible but I have included a couple from our last trip. They had all facilities in those days.
